W.D. FawcettCustom Homes specializes in designing and building traditional homes with exceptional attention to detail and quality. W.D. Fawcett has homes available for immediate occupancy or we will gladly provide our professional services on your chosen home-site. Numerous past clients in many of the area’s finest neighborhoods, such as TheLandings, Southbridge, Sapphire Island, Village of Wild Heron and Hidden Creek, are available for reference. Recent strategic decisions have also led W.D. Fawcett into the commercial arena as well as the home market with more exciting projects to follow. W.D. Fawcett, Inc. has started producing EnergyStar and Earthcraft quality homes. Both of which are based on energy efficient "green" building techniques and reduced energy consumption for the future.
W.D. Fawcett Custom Homes was founded in 1998 by William D. Fawcett, Jr. William is a S
avannah native with an extensive history in the construction industry. After graduating in 1990 from Georgia Southern University with a degree in Building Construction, William went on to work with some of the area’s most well known and respected builders and developers. William is a member of the National Association of Home Builders as well as a past president and current board member of the Greater Savannah Home Builders Association.
In 2006, William partnered with Trent Williams who serves as Vice President and oversees field operations. Trent is a Georgia native who has called Savannah “home” for over 10 years. Trent earned an engineering degree from The University of Georgia in 1992 and has since chosen professions dealing with both Engineering and Construction. Trent keeps current both a Georgia “Electrical Contractors License” and a “General Contractors License”.
